    "content": "Thank you Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. This aligns itself to the Budget Statement which was outlining a policy for this country on special tax rebates for all those companies. The Jubilee Government is already taking very seriously the training for National Youth Service (NYS), so that they can learn more after getting the classroom training and the work that they have been doing. The Government must pronounce itself. On the issue of stakeholders, we need to know whether stakeholders were consulted. The main stakeholders where this policy is concerned are COTU and FKE. Most likely, those were the people who were consulted when this policy was being formulated. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to support."
