    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Let me take this opportunity to thank all the Members who have spoken on this Sessional Paper. I know we have Members of the relevant Departmental Committee who have spoken and supported this Paper. I am happy that most of the Members of this House have been able to attend this sitting and they have stayed up to this moment in order to support this Motion. I also want to thank Members of this House who have contributed to this very important Sessional Paper. I know it is going to be very useful; it should have been presented a long time ago. It is a Paper that most Kenyans have been waiting for. So, by implementing this Paper, we will be able to put our training and attachment policy right, and that will benefit Kenyans. I thank all of you."
