"content": "(4) The licence of any company found culpable of malpractice shall be suspended with immediate effect until they are cleared by investigative agencies of Government. (5) All tea warehouses should be installed with functional Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras and other security measures. (6) The KRA and the Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) have been asked to install appropriate and efficient surveillance equipment for inspection of tea for export. (7) The KRA and the KPA should not allow exports without a mark of authentification from AFFA. (8) The KRA should hasten the implementation of the national single window system for purposes of transparency. To deter traders from dealing with contraband goods under the guise of tea, the Ministry has revoked the licence of Almasi Chai (L) Limited and suspended the licence for Siginon Group until they are exonerated by the ongoing investigation."
