    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, regarding the issue of Potential Quality Services that was involved, it was not licenced to deal with tea. Therefore, the Ministry concerned has no authority over it. As I have said, investigations are going on and prosecutions will be carried out on the culprits, whether they are companies, individuals or Government officials, if they are found culpable. The response about the investigations came back and as rightly put by Sen. (Prof.) Lesan, some action has already been reported to have taken place. Investigations are going on and action will be taken against the directors found to be culpable."
