I am a bit concerned by what the Chairman has said that the Cabinet Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries has nothing to do with this particular company called Potential Quality Services. If you look at the investigations that have gone on, it is this company that has caused all these problems. To say that the Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry concerned has no control over it- this is a Kenyan company - and I am sure that somebody will deal with it. I am sure that any institution of Government will deal with it. He should give us information without passing the buck."
