    "content": "Secondly, I agree to undertake, through the secretariat, to have it emailed to hon. Members so that they can follow up on the monthly disbursement to their counties. Some county governments will tell you that they have not got the money. However, this Schedule will tell you how much money will go to the county governments every month. The problem has been delaying the money and not complying in terms of the Schedule which requires that the money be sent by the 15th of every month. We want to urge the National Treasury to remain committed to the law and make sure that the money goes to the counties on time. Lastly, as Sen. Orengo said, county governments should take note in terms of accountability. It is incumbent upon all of us to hold the county governments to account to ensure that Kshs773 billion does not go to waste. I beg to move."
