    "content": "(5) The Traffic (Amendment) Bill 2011 was passed by the National Assembly without amendments on 3rd February, 2011 and was presented to the Attorney-General on 15th February, 2011 in accordance with the Standing Order No.125 (3). The Bill was subsequently presented to His Excellency the President for assent and was assented to on 21st March, 2011at 5.35 p.m. I thank you."
