We will vote on Bills on Second Reading, then we proceed to the Committee of the Whole and others will be disposed of; that is, Order Nos.8, 11 and 13. We will vote on Order No.8, 11, 13 and 14, respectively in the first instance and then there will be a second round of voting. Get your cards logged in. I, therefore, wish to put the Question, that the Climate Change Bill (National Assembly Bill No.1 of 2014) be now read a Second Time. Let us vote for one minute.
