    "content": "On a point of information, Hon. Deputy Speaker. The Chairperson of the Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations has been wonderful not to indulge so much. We are on top of the Migingo issue as a Committee. The Government is also on top of it and I believe the Chairman has been very cautious not to give the details which would pre-empt an eventual conclusion which is soon going to be reached. I would want my Chairman to realize that, sometimes, issues on our neighbours are very sensitive. My chairman has been cautious not to discuss this.
