    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I very much appreciate the sentiments and the feelings of my good brother, Hon. Mbadi, and the request from Eng. Gumbo. It is the responsibility of this House and every Member of this House to protect not only the Constitution, but also the people of this Republic. I want to assure Hon. Mbadi that we feel the pain of the people of Suba. The Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations will do everything in its power to ensure that, that does not continue and justice is served to the people of Kenya. With regard to the report on Migingo, we have been inquiring into that matter substantively and extensively and we are going to present a report on the Floor of this House within the next one month. I am sure the findings therein will be helpful in bringing this matter to a conclusion."
