    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, first, I would like to apologize for what happened that day. I was driving on Thika Road and all of a sudden, two trucks had an accident. There is nothing I would have done. It was early and I would have made it by 8.00 a.m. However, we were forced to stay there for about two hours. When I arrived here, I talked to the Chair and apologized and he agreed that the Question should appear on the Order Paper today. That is why I am here and I am not late. I understand what went wrong on that day. I was late on that day because of what happened on Thika Road. I was stuck around Mangu High School and there is nothing I would have done. When I came about ten minutes late, I talked to the Chair and he agreed that the Question be put on the Order Paper today---"
