    "content": "As a Committee, we have gone round the various EAC partner states. We have visited Tanzania and Uganda. We have looked at the various institutions that have been established by the EAC. We have the Civil Aviation Safety and Security Oversight Agency commonly known as CASSOA, the Inter-University Council of East Africa and the East African Court of Justice. Those institutions and many more, even the Lake Victoria Basin Authority, are shared within the EAC.
