    "content": "I now come to a point whereby we find that there are some criminals who steal money and run away to neighbouring countries and hide there. This could be one way of trying to trace them and bring them to book so that we can protect our economy in either way. On poaching, this could be one way of curbing this crime that has been escalating in some of our neighbouring countries. It also depends on how those other member states are going to take this issue. I imagine that it is worth putting it across. I support and urge all my friends to support this idea and sail it through. Thank you."
