    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to add my voice to this very well-conceived Motion. For purposes of harmony in the structures of our defence forces and mutual co-operation for the East African states, this Motion has come at a very good time. My fear is that we have a lot of differences in our political ideologies, but the East African countries have tried to harmonise their ideological concepts, so that they are almost reading from the same page.
