    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Motion by the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing. As we ratify and recognize the place of air transport in our lives today, I think we should ratify many more of these agreements not just with countries in West Africa but even in the southern part of Africa. As we ratify this agreement, the concern for us, as an African country, has to be the fact that it still remains unfortunate that for one to travel to northern Africa countries and some western Africa countries, we still need to go through Europe.
