    "content": "What we are saying in the Report is, even when we are doing functions such as this, please, let us be a country that observes the rule of law and fidelity to the law so that at all times we do not take advantage of situations as they come up, so that we circumvent clear provisions of the law. Otherwise, I am happy that finally we have debated this Report. It has taken long. I could also just request that as we debate this Report we note that most reports by PAC are on issues that are of great public concern. We recently tabled a Report of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC). I would request the House Business Committee to also give priority to it so that we can debate and get over with it.
