"content": "Hon. Harrison Kombe, I believe you have been coming to this House for many sessions. I wonder when you lastly heard us reading any Ministerial Statement here on the Floor of the House. I am sure you know that we changed the procedure for Statements. They are now directed to Tuesday morning Committee sittings where Cabinet Secretaries appear and present the Statements. Maybe, you should be talking to the Leader of the Majority Party to find out whether your question or Statement has been scheduled for action by his office. That is where it is and he is the one who coordinates between the Government and the various Ministries on one hand and the Committees of the House on the other.
