    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I would request your indulgence. My point of order is not on the issue that has just been raised. I recognise that it might have been raised when I had walked out. I am currently sitting in a meeting of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives. It has been brought to my attention that on the Order Paper annexure, we have a Committee of the whole House for the Fisheries Management and Development Bill. I would request the Leader of the Majority Party to kindly indulge me and listen to what I am saying. I can see on the Order Paper for Tuesday, 4th August 2015 that there will be a Committee of the whole House on Fisheries Management and Development Bill. We had discussed this with the Leader of the Majority Party. I sit in the Pan-African Parliament (PAP) and I may not be here next week, yet I am taking the lead in the Fisheries Management and Development Bill in our Committee. I wanted clarity on the matter, so that I can go back to the Committee meeting. It has just been brought to my attention that the Bill is on the Order Paper."
