    "content": "I would like to urge my colleagues that the publication period of the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) (No. 4) Bill 2015 be reduced from 14 to six days as this will allow the Bill to go through the First Reading and then be committed to the relevant Departmental Committee for public participation in accordance with the Standing Order No. 127. This is a Procedural Motion."
