    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I beg to second the Bill on realising the gender rule of not more than two thirds of Parliament should be of either gender. The time for publication should have been shortened. It is high time we discussed this. Although the timeline is 27th of August, we are still within the time limit, but the time frame should start ticking immediately. It is important for us to go by what the court ruling was.
