    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Yes, I have 10 minutes. Hon. Deputy Speaker, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts Sessional Paper No.3 of 2013 on the National Productivity Policy, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 17th July, 2013. Productivity is defined as the relationship between input and output in production of goods and services. Socially, productivity is viewed as an attitude of mind, which seeks to continuously improve what already exists. Productivity is also the efficiency and effectiveness with which factors of production are combined and utilised in an economically and environmentally sustainable manner to produce quality and cost-effective goods and services. Kenya has in the past made several attempts---"
