    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I rise to second this Motion on Sessional Paper No. 9 of 2013 on National Cohesion and Integration. Prior to everything up to where we have reached, we had several items in the agenda that were discussed following the Post-Election Violence (PEV) of 2007 to January, 2008. They culminated in the promulgation of our Constitution in August, 2010 which has put very many things in place that need to be followed.
