I was asked how many people applied and how many were registered, but unfortunately, that was not the Question. So, I did not come prepared for it. So, I cannot give the percentages of those who applied, but I can tell you that anybody who applies for the registration of birth definitely gets registered. We actually urge them to. We actually campaign and I want to use the Floor of this House to campaign that every birth should be registered because we want to have accurate data on all our citizens."
