    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, as much as I understand where my colleague on the other side is coming from on this matter, he has been in this House longer than me. However, Standing Orders stipulate that once a Committee has laid a Report in the House, it becomes the property of the entire House and it is not a property of the Committee anymore. He might have a different interest on the issue of the ‘Hustler’s Jet’, but once a Committee has tabled its Report, the Report is a property of the House. The Report has been debated. That is why the entire House has to take a vote. The House has almost unanimously voted no to that Report. So, you should not have sour grapes. It has failed. We should move to the next Order. Members of the Committee have the liberty to change their minds on the Floor of the House."
