I rise to strongly second and also support Sessional Paper No.2 of 2014 that has been moved by the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. I am also a Member of that Committee. I wish to start by first thanking this honourabe House since as you observed last week, it is now focusing on the real issues that regard Kenyans. One of the strongest statements by the son of this soil, the President of the United States, is that the solution to Kenyan problems lies with Kenyans themselves.
