"content": "Mr. Speaker Sir, if it was not for the respect that I have for the Minister, I would have asked that this Question be deferred because his answer is about the purpose of the foot bridge. He is not talking about the cost-effectiveness which I have asked. Nevertheless, could he assure the House that he is going to discuss this with his officers and look at the cost-effectiveness of that bridge? I think it is very costly for a footbridge to cost almost Kshs5 million--- Already, it has been put in the wrong place. It has not been put up where it was supposed to be. We need to compensate the person whose farm the bridge passes through."
