    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I said, that project started only a few years ago. But over time, we have been trying to improve, even on the mechanism for consultations. As I said, we have a high number of requests from wananchi. We have improved the consultation mechanism to ensure that hon. Members are consulted. In fact, they participate in determining the sites where the footbridges are constructed. We could not construct footbridges in every constituency. But this financial year, we are doing footbridges in about 80 constituencies. We hope we will be able to cover the balance of the constituencies so that we can satisfy the needs of the country."
