My question to the Assistant Minister is: Does 4.4 million tonnes sustain a heavy investment of setting up a mill? If not, given that Kishushe area is within Coast area and not so far from the port city of Mombasa, is she doing anything to encourage immediate export, so that the locals can benefit and the people who have been licensed can move on with their business?"
