    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I raised this matter last night in the House Business Committee (HBC); it cannot be business as usual. We have agreed that we are going to be busier. We are going to bring reports of committees even tomorrow morning. Last night we said that chairpersons must be notified and be ready. Now the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs is not around. Even for the next Order, I am sure the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security will not be around. I want to protest and go on record saying that next time--- Even me, as the Leader of the Majority Party, should have looked for the Chairman. So, myself, the Office of the Clerk and the Office of the Director of Committees will work together to notify chairpersons of business on the Order Paper in advance."
