    "content": "The overall objective of setting up the Special Economic Zones is to contribute towards the transformation of the country’s economic base in order to realise higher sustained growth, employment creation and poverty reduction. You must understand that even though we are working on the question of employment, we are also looking at other sustainable growth options, as the most important thing is the reduction of poverty. How do we eradicate or reduce poverty levels of our citizens? If you look at our citizens currently, the level of poverty is quite alarming. The areas where our people do business are limited to the extent that we need to deal with matters like what we are talking about right now."
