    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, thank you for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this Bill. As I contribute, I notice that the object and purpose of this Bill is to provide for an enabling environment for the development of all aspects of Special Economic Zones, including the development of integrated infrastructure facilities, creation of incentives for economic and business activities in areas designated as Special Economic Zones, removal of impediments to economic or business activities that can generate profit for enterprises in areas designated as Special Economic Zones and, of course, the regulation and administration of activities within the Special Economic Zones.
