    "content": "The Bill also provides dispute resolution mechanisms. There are mechanisms to deal with disputes that may arise. On transfer of land to the Special Economic Zones, it gives an exemption on the stamp duty. That will make the land really cheap and affordable. It is a good Bill which is in our Committee. We shall have many amendments when we come to the Third Reading stage. With those few remarks, I wish to support. Thank you."
