    "content": "There is one important factor that we have to look at as much as we talk about developing our industries and businesses especially manufacturing where we need a lot of technical expertise. Labour, as a major factor of production, has to be factored when we think of manufacturing and development in terms of moving away from importing goods that are already manufactured. We have been exporting all our labour to China and other places. When we buy everything from China or wherever, it means that we have exported all our labour. I am talking about the middle level labour, namely, technicians and technologists."
