    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also join my colleagues in supporting this Bill. It is very timely. I want to say that it is coming at the right time when we want to see the economy of this country moving forward. The creation of economic zones will create jobs for our citizens. It will also boost the economic power of our people. The creation of economic zones, and particularly, in areas from Nairobi all the way to Mombasa will give even the counties which fall under those economic zones economic boost."
