    "content": "The fact that elections in that year would definitely interfere with examinations, cannot be gainsaid. I have heard some people saying that if we do elections in August, we will be done by September and, therefore, we will not reach the exam period. However, the timelines are very clear as I have indicated. Definitely, any elections conducted in August have the capacity of spilling over into November and December and definitely interfere with exams."
