    "content": "The second thing that this constitutional amendment does is to look at the various events, including educational system in this country. Presently, our teachers have had two awards, both in the High Court and the Court of Appeal on issues to do with salary. It is high time the Government looked into ways of paying teachers instead of moving from the Court of Appeal to the Supreme Court. I would urge this House not to pass any Supplementary Bill that comes to this House if it does not contain the money for teachers. We have taken our teachers for a ride for a long time."
