    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I will be extremely brief on two issues, so that I can give a chance to my colleagues to speak on this matter. When I was in the Communication School, I was told that if you speak for seven minutes, for the first two minutes, people will listen to you. For the second two minutes, they will grumble and for the last one minute, they will be opposing what you are saying.
