    "content": "It is great of you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, to give me this opportunity. First, I want to salute the pupils and teachers from Sigor Boarding Primary School and tell them that they are welcome. This is where we make the laws of this country. I also want to join my colleagues who have supported this Bill. I am one of them. It is a long-standing tradition that we have been practising in this country. It will be very odd if elections are not held during the month of December, especially because of very important activities like examinations. We do not like to interfere with our children during exams. Secondly, there is the issue of the budgetary allocation."
