    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I thank the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government for the Statement and noting that it is actually touching on all the youth of Kenya, could he explain why the Kenya Government is still using colonial and discriminatory methods against the youth during recruitment in the disciplined forces and he National Youth Service on account of their height? Could he explain whether being short is a sign of a disease or a deformity because I believe that is discrimination against the youth who are short?"
