    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the clarification that I am seeking from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government is with regard to duplication of jobs. The Ministries that are giving jobs to these young people look where other people have done their work like planting of trees and reflect it as KKV programme. Where does money meant for KKV programme in those areas go? Finally, what will happen to the skilled youth because KKV is targeting the unskilled youth? What about the youth who are professionals, have trained and are not being targeted to do manual work for KKV? What are we doing about those youth who are trained for skilled jobs?"
