    "content": "On Tuesday, 18th August 2015, scheduled for consideration in the Committee of the whole House will be the Fisheries Management and Development Bill, 2014, and the Insolvency Bill, 2015. The House will also continue with the Second Reading of the Finance Bill, 2015 should it not be concluded today. Other important Bills to be considered upon resumption are the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill No. 2 of 2015 by Hon. George Peter Kaluma and the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill No.3 of 2015 by Hon. Samuel Chepkong’a. In the same week, priority will be accorded to the consideration of several pending committee Reports and the remaining Senate Bills. I, therefore, wish to urge committees to expedite the tabling of the Reports concerning these Bills to enable Members acquaint themselves with the contents of the Reports and the recommendations of the committees."
