    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT the Bill be amended in Clause 26 by deleting the phrase “section 7” and substituting therefor the phrase “section 12”. The import of this amendment is that we are seeking to correct the cross-referencing which was an error. This is purely removal of an error in the phrase “section 7” and substituting therefor the phrase “section 12”, which ought to be Clause 12."
