    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 133. The import of that amendment is to delete the entire Clause 133. The reason we are proposing the deletion is that the independence of the Board of the nomination committee is already provided for under the Capital Markets Act. So, to align this clause to the Capital Markets Authority, this clause needs to be deleted. It is not necessary. It is already provided for in another piece of legislation. So, it was unnecessary for us to have it here."
