Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: - THAT, Clause 173 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (3) by deleting the words “section 150” and substituting therefor the words “section 168”. Here, we are seeking to delete the words “section 150” and substituting therefor the words “section 168”. The cross-referencing was not correct. So, we are just removing the cross- referencing and making it correct."
