    "content": "The import of this amendment is to correct a numbering error in Sub-clause (1) by numbering the paragraph sequentially. So, we have just corrected that. The second one is by deleting Sub-clause (2). It does not say anything. It just merely says: “The conditions are that.” That is it. It does not speak to anything. So, it is redundant."
