Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 406 of the Bill be amended in Sub-clause (3) by deleting the word “this” appearing immediately before the word “subsection”. The import of this is to remove the word “this” in Sub-clause (3) which reads as follows: “If a company fails to comply with Sub-section 1”, instead of “if a company fails to comply with this Sub-section 1”. We are only removing the word “this”."
