    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you for giving this opportunity to support this Report by the Committee. I want to start by thanking the Committee for the Report, but I would have suggested to the chairman and Members of his Committee that it may help the country, and this House, if they try to go out and verify some of the information given to us in the Report, even if it means doing some sort of a basic sample. I also want to thank the Minister for her efforts to take water to every part of the country. As you know, water is a political commodity. We have been told since we were born that water is life. Because water sustains life, it is a political commodity. Communities have fought over water. Countries have fought over water."
