    "content": "If you look at Clause 412(a), it is talking of the nominal amount of share as notified to the registrar in the statement of capital delivered under that section. It is also missing. We have to insert that section. I believe that is Clause 411. Your amendment is correct but it is hanging. It does not talk of the section. If you have a copy of the Bill, look at 412(1)(a). It says: “The nominal amount of the share as notified to the registrar in the statement of capital delivered under section---” So, what you are proposing is correct but the addition that you are quoting is also correct. The “411” should appear in both areas."
