    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I would like to plead with my good friend, Hon. Nassir that we leave the Bill the way it is. In the event that we have serious problems after six months, we will review and make the necessary adjustments to reflect the developments occurring in Kenya. We should not reduce the share capital to be too low as to exempt certain companies from filling returns or make them too high to render the company secretaries, who have been offering services to those companies, redundant. This is a country that has a high rate of unemployment. If the threshold is too high, we will have too many people paid by the small companies. As a Committee, we are pleading for understanding. Let us accept this position for the time being. It will be reviewed after six months."
