Temporary Deputy Chairlady, instead of what the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs is proposing that we wait for six months, and then juggle the lives of ordinary Kenyans, I have actually given a sub-clause in this clause which allows for the Cabinet Secretary (CS) to do something. We all know very well that economies of countries can go up and down. Based on that, the CS can have leeway to determine what is to be called a small company. There is a clause which the Committee has not put in as well. We will now be coming up with amendments to the same clause after every six months."
